5min warm up: skip or row
Mobility and dynamic stretching for 10mins (hunt out your tightness people)
10 Rounds for time of:
5 Pull ups
10 press ups
15 Air squats
3-5min rest as required
3 Rounds for time:
5 kettlebell swings
10 Burpee box jumps
