Workout of the day

Warm up for 5-10mins including some dynamic stretches and hip mobility

Perform 100 repititions of each exercise with a 1 min rest between each exercise.

The twist at the top of every minute you have to do 5 press ups before you continue an exercise....

Exercises:
Wall balls
Box jumps or step ups
Reverse press ups
